The part is decided long before the first chip.
Tooling design and build, fixtures and gauges, automation integration, simulation and reverse engineering. Our engineers sit in the same building as the machines that will make it — which is the whole point.

Why it matters
Design and build in separate companies is where schedules go to die.
When the designer and the builder are different firms, every tryout problem becomes a commercial argument. We do both, so the argument does not exist — and the fix happens the same week it is found.
Tooling Design & Build
Turnkey: we design it, machine it, weld it, try it out and install it. Because the design team sits fifty feet from the machines, a problem found at tryout is a conversation, not a change order and a four-week loop through an outside shop.
- Weld fixtures and weld-line tooling
- Assembly fixtures and build stands
- Checking gauges, go/no-go fixtures
- Pre-production and soft tooling
Integration & Automation
Automotive weld line automation and the integration of robotic fastener systems now in service worldwide, including with Toyota. Where automation removes a bottleneck we will say so; where it just adds cost and downtime, we will say that too.
- Weld line automation design and build
- Robotic fastener system integration
- Cell layout and process flow
- Controls scope coordinated with your team
Engineering Services
Stress analysis, product simulation and reverse engineering — the work that happens before anyone commits to metal. The cheapest change is the one made in CAD.
- Finite element and stress analysis
- Product and process simulation
- Reverse engineering from Artec Leo 3D scan data
- Design for manufacture review on your existing prints
Prototyping & Validation
Print it Monday, test it Tuesday, machine the real one Thursday. Additive sits in the same building as the CNC department, so validation loops are measured in days rather than vendor lead times.
- Design validation parts
- Functional and fit testing
- Composite and metal prototype parts
- Prototype assemblies
How we work
Propose, approve, revise.
-
01
Scope
You send prints, a model, a photo of the problem, or just a description. We come back with questions before we come back with a price.
-
02
Concept
Concept design and a fixed quote. If there is a cheaper way to make the part, this is where we tell you.
-
03
Build
Machining, fabrication and assembly in-house, with inspection planned in from the start.
-
04
Tryout & install
Proven out here, then installed and supported at your plant. We have travelled worldwide to do it.
Have a tooling problem you'd rather hand to one supplier?
Send the non-restricted print, model, or photo of what is not working. We will review fit and confirm the next step and timing.
