Company
A design and build manufacturer, not a job shop.
We take on the whole problem — engineering, machining, fabrication, assembly and inspection — because the customers who need us most are the ones who are tired of coordinating four suppliers to get one part.

Who we are
Vertically integrated, on purpose.
Dynamics Group is a design and build manufacturer providing timely, cost-efficient answers to production problems. Being vertically integrated lets us offer design, automated CNC routing, fabrication, machining, additive, assembly and inspection of tooling solutions, components and assemblies — from one building in Madison Heights.
The work the company was built on is turnkey tooling: automotive weld line automation and the integration of robotic fastener systems now in service worldwide. That same discipline — rigorous engineering, cost-save analysis, tooling that holds up on the line — is what we now apply to defense, aerospace and industrial equipment customers.
Our mission has not changed in fifteen years: quality, on-time delivery, competitive pricing and, above all, customers who want to work with us again.
Strong R&D focus
Innovation aimed at reducing cost inside our own offerings, not just adding capability.
Fully integrated
Design, build and delivery from one accountable supplier.
75+ years combined
Experience across tooling, automation and precision machining.

Quality & certifications
A documented system, not a slogan.
Every part moves through defined, auditable processes: work instructions and setup sheets per part number, inspection plans written before the first chip is cut, calibrated measurement equipment, controlled handling of customer drawings and revisions, and corrective-action procedures when anything drifts.
ISO 9001-compliant quality system
For a buyer, the practical result is simple: the fiftieth part measures like the first, and there is a paper trail proving it. Incoming material is verified against certifications at receiving. First articles are inspected against the print and the documented inspection plan. In-process checks on critical dimensions keep the run in control rather than catching drift after the fact. The job ships with its inspection records, material certs and first-article report.
ITAR-registered facility
Defense-related drawings, models and technical data are handled under controlled access inside our Madison Heights facility — restricted to authorised personnel, never shared with offshore suppliers, and managed under documented data-handling procedures. Primes and their Tier 1 suppliers can send controlled technical data with confidence.

Careers
We train machinists and designers, not just hire them.
Apprenticeships in CNC machining and tool design, plus engineering internships and full roles for machinists, mechanical engineers and tooling designers. If you want to learn the whole process rather than one operation, this is a good building to be in.

Most quotes go out within 24 hours. Drawings, a rough sketch, or just a description of the problem — all of it works.
