Metal off the machine, on the truck.

Metal off the machine, on the truck.

Six production cells under one roof in Madison Heights — 5-axis and 3-axis machining, turning with live tooling, large-format routing, fabrication, additive and metrology. Nothing leaves the building to get finished.

5-Axis Machining

Cell 01

Complex, multi-face geometry comes off in a single setup. That removes fixtures, removes stack-up error between operations, and takes real cost out of the quote — particularly on parts that were previously priced with two or three ops.

5-Axis Machining at Dynamics Group

CNC Milling

Cell 02

Six vertical machining centres, sized from a single prototype block to recurring production releases. The bridge-type BVM 5700 takes long weldments and plate work that will not fit a standard VMC table.

CNC Turning

Cell 03

Live tooling and a Y-axis mean turned parts with milled features, cross-holes and flats finish complete on one machine — no second setup on a mill, no second chance to lose concentricity.

Additive Manufacturing

Cell 04

Industrial and high-rate printers side by side, so a design-validation part can be in your hands tomorrow and the pre-production tooling can follow in the same week. Ten materials including carbon-fibre-reinforced.

Routing & Fabrication

Cell 05

Large-format CNC routing paired with welding and precision fabrication. Where a job needs both machined detail and a fabricated structure, it stays in the building instead of going out to a second vendor and coming back late.

Routing & Fabrication at Dynamics Group

Inspection & Metrology

Cell 06

Inspection plans are written at quoting and first article, not improvised at final. Incoming material is verified against certs at receiving; in-process checks keep the run in control rather than catching drift afterwards.

What we cut

Aluminium, carbon and alloy steels, stainless, titanium, tool steels, plastics, composites and wood. If it is on your print and it can be held, we will quote it.

Send us a print. We'll send back a number.

Most quotes go out within 24 hours. Drawings, a rough sketch, or just a description of the problem — all of it works.
