When a part moves from launch to a recurring purchase order, the questions change: can your supplier hold the process, hit the delivery window, and prove it every lot? Dynamics Group runs production machining programs for OEM and industrial customers on exactly those terms. Each program is launched with a first-article inspection, locked down with documented work instructions and inspection plans, and monitored with in-process CMM checks — so lot fifty measures like lot one.

Capacity is built for repeat work. Six vertical machining centers handle parts up to 51 x 22 x 20 in, backed by full 5-axis capability on our Okuma Genos M560V-5AX (15,000 RPM) and Hurco VM10UHSi. On the turning side, a Doosan Lynx 2600M turn-mill takes work up to 14.96 in diameter x 24 in, and a Lynx 2100Y adds Y-axis milled features in a single setup — fewer operations, tighter process control, better piece price. We machine aluminum, steels, stainless, titanium, plastics and composites, holding tolerances to +/-0.0002 in where the print requires it.
