An ISO 9001-Compliant Quality System
Quality at Dynamics Group is a documented system, not a slogan. Our quality management system is ISO 9001-compliant, which means every part we make moves through defined, auditable processes: documented work instructions and setup sheets per part number, inspection plans written before the first chip is cut, calibrated measurement equipment, controlled handling of customer drawings and revisions, and corrective-action procedures when anything drifts. For buyers, the practical result is simple — the fiftieth part measures like the first, and there is a paper trail proving it.
ITAR-Registered Facility
Dynamics Group is ITAR-registered. Defense-related drawings, models and technical data are handled under controlled access inside our Madison Heights, Michigan facility — restricted to authorized personnel, never shared with offshore suppliers, and managed under documented data-handling procedures. Defense primes and their Tier 1 suppliers can send controlled technical data with confidence.

Documented Processes
Work instructions, routings and setup sheets are controlled per part number, so results repeat lot after lot.
Inspection Planning
Inspection plans are written at quoting and first article — critical dimensions are identified before machining starts.
CMM-Backed Verification
Mitutoyo AE112 CMM, Keyence XM-5000 probe CMM and Artec Leo 3D scanning verify parts to tolerances as tight as +/-0.0002 in.
ITAR Data Handling
Controlled technical data stays under restricted access in our ITAR-registered facility, with documented handling procedures.
Traceability
Material certs, inspection records and first-article reports are retained and retrievable for every job.
Corrective Action
Nonconformances trigger documented root-cause and corrective-action procedures — problems get fixed at the process, not patched at the part.
Registrations & NAICS Codes

Quality Process, Receiving to Final Inspection
Incoming material is verified against certifications at receiving before it is released to the floor. At setup, first articles are inspected against the print and the documented inspection plan. During the run, in-process checks on critical dimensions keep the process in control rather than catching drift after the fact. At completion, final inspection verifies the part against every callout — CMM-measured where tolerances demand it — and the job ships with its inspection records, material certs and first-article report. The same discipline applies whether the order is one prototype or a recurring production release.
