What is the largest part you can route?
The published working area is 84 x 170 inches. Oversized parts are reviewed individually for fixturing, sag and edge support before quoting.
Can you rout aluminum?
Yes — aluminum sheet and plate within the router's capability; heavier metal removal moves to the VMC fleet in the same building.
Do you supply the fixturing?
Yes. Vacuum, mechanical and dedicated nest fixturing is designed and built in-house around the part and material.
Can routed parts include machined details?
Yes. Precision features can be finished on the machining centers so the assembly arrives complete from one supplier.
