Does every feature get ±0.0002 in?

No. That is the published critical-feature capability, not a blanket promise — geometry, material, size, finish and inspection method are reviewed on the print.

Can you scale from prototype to production?

Yes. The same shop, fixtures and inspection plans carry from validation parts into recurring releases, so process learning is not reset at handoff.

What should we send to get a real quote?

The print or STEP model, quantity, material, critical features and timing. Most quotes return within 24 hours.

How is quality documented?

Inspection plans are written at quoting; parts ship with dimensional reports and material certifications to the agreed scope.
