What size parts fit the Okuma 5-axis?

Does every 5-axis part hold ±0.0002 inch?

No. That is the published critical-feature capability, not a blanket promise. Geometry, material, size, surface finish and inspection method must be reviewed on the print.

Can you quote from a STEP model without a finished drawing?

Yes. A model can start the manufacturability review, but final tolerance, inspection, material and acceptance requirements should be documented before production release.

Why use 5-axis instead of several 3-axis setups?

Fewer setups can reduce fixture cost, datum transfer and stack-up error while improving access to complex faces.
