EOAT designed around the whole cell, not just the part

A gripper that works on the bench and fails at rate is an expensive lesson. Payload, moment, cycle count, part variation, sensor logic and crash recovery all belong in the design review before anything is built.

Grippers and frames

Machined and fabricated EOAT structures sized to payload, reach and moment limits.

Contact geometry machined or 3D printed to locate real production parts, including delicate surfaces.

Straight answers before you send a print

Do you design EOAT or just build to print?

Both. Send the part, robot model, payload and cycle target and the design can start from a blank sheet — or send a finished design for build only.

Can you combine machined and 3D printed details?

Yes. Printed contact details reduce mass and protect part surfaces; machined structures carry the loads. The split is chosen deliberately in design.

What robots have you tooled for?

The engineering team has integration experience across Fanuc, Kuka and Kawasaki platforms; the tooling interfaces to your robot's wrist and payload specification.

Can you support the tooling after launch?

Yes. Spare details, wear items and design changes are handled by the same Madison Heights team that built the tool.
