Before you call
- Is your quality system certified?
- We use documented quality procedures, inspection planning, calibration and corrective action. No current ISO 9001 or AS9100 certificate is claimed on this site; we provide the exact approval and certification evidence applicable to the RFQ.
- How fast can you quote?
- We acknowledge complete RFQ packages promptly and confirm a realistic quote date after reviewing scope, classification, files and acceptance requirements.
- Will you travel to our site?
- Yes. We have installed and supported tooling worldwide for customers.
- How soon can you start?
- Depending on your readiness and the work involved, as soon as today. Call and ask what is open on the machines this week.
- What file formats do you take?
- PDF drawings, STEP models and DWG files. If all you have is a photo and a description, send that — we have quoted plenty of jobs from less.
