Before you call
- Is your quality system certified?
- Our quality management system is ISO 9001-compliant — documented, auditable processes with inspection planning, calibration and corrective action. We are ITAR-registered. We do not hold an AS9100 certificate, and we would rather tell you that up front than have it surface during a supplier audit.
- How fast can you quote?
- Most quotes go back out within 24 hours of receiving a print. Complex tooling packages take longer, and we will tell you how long when we acknowledge the request.
- Will you travel to our site?
- Yes. We have installed and supported tooling worldwide for customers.
- How soon can you start?
- Depending on your readiness and the work involved, as soon as today. Call and ask what is open on the machines this week.
- What file formats do you take?
- PDF drawings, STEP models and DWG files. If all you have is a photo and a description, send that — we have quoted plenty of jobs from less.
