A fixture can hold a perfect CAD position and still fail at the line. The design has to account for operator motion, weld access, thermal movement, maintenance and the sequence that will actually be used.

Datum and clamp strategy

Locate the part with the minimum necessary constraint and a sequence operators can repeat.

Weld and robot access

Protect torch or gun paths, service clearances and cable routing before steel is cut.

Can you work from a part model without a completed fixture concept?

Yes. Provide the part models, process sequence, interfaces and output requirements; the design team can develop the tooling concept.

Do you build one-off fixtures and repeat tools?

Yes. The right approach depends on launch timing, station count, expected maintenance and whether repeat builds are likely.

Can you modify an existing fixture?

Yes. Photos, current CAD, a problem statement and sample parts are usually enough to begin an assessment.

Can machining and fabrication stay with one supplier?

Yes. Those capabilities are in the same Madison Heights facility.
