An internship in our Engineering department designing tooling solutions, using Catia and SolidWorks to design components and produce drawings. Available for full-time work during summer.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and the associated dimensional drawings for fixtures, gauges and other tooling solutions Complete strength and stress calculations Assemble and performance-test prototypes Write reports documenting conclusions, results and procedures

What you need

• High school diploma or GED equivalent Enrolled in a mechanical engineering degree programme — two years preferred Basic mechanical aptitude CAD experience — SolidWorks or Catia preferred Technical writing skills Engineering extracurricular activities preferred
