The strongest model is managing scope Dynamics Group builds. For mixed programs, the team can take design authority and integration responsibility for the package it delivers.
Can you hold program dates?
Dates are committed against a milestone plan agreed at kickoff, and the integrated shop removes the vendor-to-vendor queues where tooling schedules usually die.
How do engineering changes get handled?
Through one contact: the change is reviewed, priced and scheduled by the same team building the tool, typically within days.
Do you support installation?
